-steep for 15 minutes 25 grams of tea per 1000 ml in cold water

-soak for 15 minutes 50 grams rice crispy cereal in 200 ml whole milk.

-add 10 ml lemon juice to 500 ml gin

-combine milk and gin mixture

-strain through coffee filter after curdling occurs

carbonation


-combine all ingredients, chill and transfer into a plastic soda bottle 3/4 full.

-squeeze out air and seal with carb top.

-force carbonate with regulator set to 40 psi

-repeat squeezing out air/ force carbonate process 3x
